Negative: Hamper was not delivered until about 5.30pm Neith he BBQ or the stove lighters worked but were able to use with matches. The Stove looked brand new so may not have been installed / checked proerly

Positive: The view was lovely. Bathroom and garden were nicely renovated. Staff were available to support and responsive. The space was clean. Sufficient kitchen utensils etc however no sponge was provided or long life milk (standard inclusions for 99% of rentals).
Negative: Lack of suitable heating - one small electric heater and two tiny oil heaters completely insufficient for the space. Even with the two additional oil heaters brought in, the accommodation was still freezing. Not suitable for children in winter. Bed mattress was soft and bed frame very old and creaky. The kitchen and lounge are dated, somewhat misrepresented in the photos. Access instructions were not accurate - it's not clear from the address in the booking confirmation that it's actually one of the far chalets at the back of the Yallingup Forest Resort.

Positive: Although the house was old, the bathrooms must have had a recent reno, so that was great. There was portable heating in the rooms, which was good for the cold nights.
Negative: Getting to the place was hard. No proper direction from the staff. There are no signs from the main entrance to the chalet.
