Summary: The staff at the front desk and cafe were amazing. The room is nice and spacious but outdated. They provide shampoo/ conditioner, body wash, and lotion but the cleaning staff didn’t refill the conditioner and lotion.

Summary: The staff were very friendly. The location was perfect for what we wanted, close to the concert venue and within walking distance. There wasn't any soap for the bathroom sink, so we had to keep getting body wash from the shower to wash our hands. There were only two washcloths in the bathroom, which I guess one for each person. However, there are typically four when I've stayed other places. Overall, good place and would stay here again.

Summary: The room was fine. The adjoining restaurant was very under staffed and the menu should have been limited to a few items that could have been made by the lonely cook. We wait a long time and then we had to leave. The server was great and did make us a nice salad. They were promoting the restaurant and should not have until they made adjustments to the menu or found some help in the kitchen.
