Summary: I stayed here in early April and had no issues at all. I went this past weekend and it was very busy due to tournaments, etc. When arriving, there was a long line for check in and only one person at the front desk was focused on that. Then I was given a room where the air conditioner wasn’t working. I will give the staff credit for assigning me a new room, but it took a while for my new room to cool off and the lobby’s a/c wasn’t working. It’s hard for people to spend their money in hotels that aren’t fully up to par. Then people who booked double beds were told they would have to wait an additional hour after check in. I understand it being busy, but we already have to wait until 3 pm to check in. Another hour of waiting with no type of accommodation is not ok. I won’t be returning.

Summary: I absolutely enjoyed staying at this hotel. The staff was nice it was very clean. Nice size rooms and it smelled fesh. I enjoyed the bar and the restaurant/cafe in the lounge area.

Summary: It was an ok stay. The bathroom shower drain had an issue with draining properly. I asked them to address it and they never did. The bedroom is dark, there were only 3 small lamps and the hallway light that didn't give off much light. There was an odor throughout the hotel, not sure if it was humidity but it wasn't pleasant. We wouldn't stay here again, but it served it's purpose.
