Summary: Our hotel stay was very good. The pillows were much too soft so it was difficult sleeping. But otherwise it was very good.

Summary: The toilet in our room was plugged and the man at the desk said he would call maintenance that was at 10:30 am. We came back from shopping it still wasn’t fixed it wouldn’t flush. Then finally at 7:30 pm I asked for another room and he said he’d try get us a new room and after I had said we can’t even flush he gave us a new room. Very sad that it took all day and at fist he never believed me till he came himself. Just not impressed with the Hilton hotels.

Summary: Very clean!! Toilet paper holder is behind a person , so took off so I could reach it better!! Like it very well there. Wish had known the pool and hot tub was not running due to waiting on parts. Otherwise, very comfortable😀😀
