Summary: The best thing about this hotel was probably the view from our room! We were on the 31st floor facing uptown. Room 3101 to be exact. The view was amazing! The room was pretty clean although I've seen cleaner hotel rooms, there were some small stains on the comforters and the corners of the floor in the bathroom were not completely clean. I have been in much worse rooms though. The staff was all extremely friendly and helpful! The location was perfect for our trip! 5 min walk from Penn Station, around the corner from the Empire State Building, 8 min walk to Times Square. Great access to subway to get anywhere we wanted to go! The only real complaint I have is that our room was right beside the elevator which created a lot of noise in our room and did wake me up extra early and did not allow me to go back to sleep the first night! The second night I slept like a baby since I did so much walking that day! Overall good place to stay and the price was right!

Summary: Hilton garden inn New York This is the second year I’ve stayed here. Basic hotel rooms are a really good size. In the room Fridge. Iron/board. Coffee maker and microwave. The bed is really comfy and the pillows are wonderful, location is just right for opposite street to Marcy’s 5 mins to empire state. And 5th avenue shopping and attractions about 8 blocks from broadway and just a little further to Times Square. All walkable. The hotel has a small cafe open only for breakfast but the food is so limited it’s not worth going in. Great places to eat all around nyc exploring is the best part. will stay there again. Price wise you can get hotels same or slightly cheaper at Times Square. This hotel I feel is overpriced as it has no pool or restaurant. And definitely a 3 star.

Summary: I pored through so many properties before deciding on this one. I trusted the reviews, and I'm glad I did! This was a bucket list trip for my family, and this hotel provided the perfect backdrop for our vacation. The rooms were clean and a good size, the bathrooms were nice, and the employees provided excellent, welcoming service. My only complaint is the bed. It was a bit lumpy, and the pillows were soft to the point of deflation, but it was comfortable enough. With the Empire State Building right outside the window, however, I got over the bed and pillows real quick. Request the room with a view. You won't regret it! We'll come here again and again.

Summary: The entire experience was great from check in to check out. We arrived early before check-in time but our room was ready which was great. We got a room with the empire state building view which was the highlight and true to the pictures. The hotel is literally right beside the subway and close to other amenities.
