Summary: Desk staff was amazing and friendly Aliyah greeted us with the most pleasant smile and kindness. She and Nina were very professional yet kind and accommodating . They are exactly what customer service representatives should be. The bartender was also very awesome. He was very attentive and our food was wonderful. We will return to this hotel and recommend it to everyone visiting Tempe.

Summary: We visited Phoenix for my daughter's dance competition at the Mesa Arts Center. We were very kindly welcomed at the hotel. The room was nice and clean with comfortable beds. We had a long and tiring day at the competition, and when we returned to the hotel at night, we were surprised to find our room hadn't been cleaned. If we had known this, we would have stayed at an Airbnb and cleaned it ourselves. This disappointed us greatly. People generally choose to stay in a hotel, thinking it will be cleaned every time they return from their day out.

Summary: Decent hotel next to a couple good restaurants. Walking distance to the Tempe Market place. I would stay here again.

Summary: First time at this location and very happy with my visit. Hotel was clean and staff was friendly and helpful. Room comes with a mini fridge and microwave which was helpful for saving on drinks and leftovers. Spacious room with comfortable bed and nice bathroom. Very convenient location with great shopping/dining center a block away. Would definitely stay again.

Summary: The only room available was a first floor which I do not like and handicap accessible so there was no tub, just a walk in shower which I do not like, especially for a long stay as I had. The room was the only negative of my trip and lack of options from the hotel was disappointing.
