Positive: The cleanliness of the entire facility. Also, the location was perfect, didn't have to travel far to get to any attraction. It was also a great help that the hotel is pet friendly.
Negative: Maybe there needs to be a door between the living room and the bedroom. A little more privacy

Positive: Beds were very comfortable and blackout shades are great. Streaming services on tv was very convenient. Five year old daughter loved the water slide and giant hot tub. Outdoor fire pits were lovely. Room, bathroom and shower were very clean and property was quiet. Uh Safe, central location for Pigeon Forge and Dollywood with lots of restaurants and amenities nearby. Lmn h
Negative: Some staff were nearly rude and seemed to not enjoy working with people, which was the most of putting experience for me during the stay. Lots of cigarette smoke on outdoor property, including the whole time at the pool. Male breakfast attendant reeked of marijuana. Breakfast was fine but for a paid buffet should definitely have more options. Coffee ran out and was not refilled. Pillows are super soft and flat (down) so if you like a firmer pillow bring one with you.
Summary: Comfortable, quiet and clean, though in the future would probably look elsewhere.
