Negative: Charge beyond cost of incidentals ($30) to use incidentals (charging restaurant costs to room, snacks in room) was just excessive and is deterrent to staying at Hilton Garden in the future. Room ice boxes freezers were iced over. Room phone didn’t work

Positive: What I liked about the property was that it was very clean and quiet. The staff was very friendly. They answer all the questions that I had They make sure that I understood everything that I needed to know and I would definitely stay there again this was my second time staying at the hotel and I will definitely stay there again The room was very comfortable and very clean. The bed was very comfortable. I love the bed I loved the shower the water pressure is so good
