Positive: Location is absolutely perfect. Room was great. And its very handy that you have washing machine. Views ar great can see lot of Haikou.

Negative: Only small thing what annoyed me, that from 26th floor you need to go all the way down and then take another lift for breakfast and go up to 33th floor.

Positive: Nice big clean rooms with nice interiors, staff very nice and helpful at the front desk. Room service is reasonably priced.

Negative: Wouldn’t quite call it a seaview as it’s a bit far out, location wasn’t ideal for me as I was solo travelling and didn’t want to be somewhere quiet.

Positive: I am writing to express my sincere appreciation and to commend your hotel staff Ms Mia for the excellent assistance provided to us during our stay at Hilton. We were down with very severe food poisoning on Christmas Day, the hotel manager responded quickly and dispatched Ms Mia to get us to a hospital. She dealt with all the administrative matters swiftly and even ensured our safe return to the hotel afterwards (its was already after her working hours). Thoughout the whole time, she was very kind, patient and thoughful to us. Overall the hotels' staff service even the restaurants and cleaners were above and beyond, this will definitely leave an everlasting impression for us. Thank you once again for the outstanding service. I hope this commendation may be shared with the staff involved and be recognised by the hotel management.
