Positive: Great clean hotel. The cleaners did a wonderful job everyday. The facilities in the room were great especially the shower. Hotel is well run friendly helpful staff. Big thank you to Jerry who helped me and my family from NZ. Even hotel GM greeted us in evaluator.

Negative: Only negative is the fridge didn’t really work all food and drinks did not stay cold.

Summary: Lovely stay here. Will be back great service

Positive: I like that the room is extremely comfortable. Staff at reception and club lounge very friendly.

Negative: Rooms very comfortable, unfortunately, the blinds in the room did not work even after telling housekeeping. Also, not worth paying for the club lounge. They are not open in the morning for breakfast, not even for coffee. Was given a voucher for welcome drinks at the bar upstairs, was told ok for alcohol, however, the staff upstairs says only non-alcoholic beverages. The 2 department should communicate.
