Summary: For $500 a night, this hotel is disappointing. The furniture were old and worn to the point where a dresser would not stay closed. The entire plug came out of the lamp base when trying to unplug my phone charger. The jacuzzi bath, the reason for the higher cost, was chipped and loud. Maintenance had to attend and "unstuck" the push/pull pin between spigot and shower WITH A HAMMER. Paint on the cove moulding in the room was chipping. No blackout curtains on the window wall. Guest services stopped at 6pm. Stayed out later than expected on the last night. Called the front desk for a late check out and was told they could only do 1 hour, to noon. Parking was $80 a night. The machine would cancel my transaction everytime I tried to pay for both nights. Got sent to the parking office where they arranged for the fees to be charged to my room. Took 30 minutes to get out of the garage upon check out because that process obviously doesn't work as they had to reprocess my ticket and manually open the gate for me. Only picked the Hilton for the convenience of accessing Brasa in their property. Never again and will recommend Sheraton to my friends.

Summary: I’d like to start by saying that the room I had was perfectly comfortable and with an amazing view. It was clean tidy and well appointed. The problems I had I know were shared by others attending the same conference as I was so these are not issues unique to my room. Each morning it took between five and 10 minutes for the water to get hot enough for a shower (and then it was scolding). The lifts are not fast enough to cope with the number of guests and the number of floors. It is important to note that one of the four lifts in the south Tower was undergoing maintenance during my stay, but even had it been in use I’m not sure the lifts would have been adequate. A particular bugbear was the Wi-Fi which either crashed, stopped or logged you out literally every 15 or so minutes, and as I was on a work trip that made life particularly frustrating. Finally to the girls running the Starbucks franchise, if you’re supposed to open at 7am please open at 7am! Every single morning there was a queue of people waiting for the franchise to open and it was highly variable is to quite how long after 7 o’clock the first order could be placed. On two of my visits it was at least 7:12am. It sounds trivial but it’s a problem if you’re trying to get a coffee between calls back to the UK and your timing is thrown out by such a variable window?

Summary: Shower door would not close but was ok. We had a jetted tub room. There were shutters between the tub and room which was ok but there was a small light in the bathroom that you could see from bed. It was ok by me but my friend didn’t like it. I enjoyed the hotel. Breakfast was good, nice view.

Summary: Our stay was perfect. Chose the perfect room that we wanted and the view did not disappoint. Room was spacious and clean. Parking was excessive as we didn’t know we could get heaps cheaper and very close by.

Summary: I recently stayed at the Hilton Niagara Falls. Overall, the hotel was very nice – the staff were welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities met expectations. However, I was disappointed that I did not receive the falls view room that was promised at the time of booking. That was one of the main reasons I chose this hotel, so it did take away from the overall experience. Aside from that, everything else was good.

Summary: The hotel is in the middle of a tourist destination. It was well managed. The parking worked well at the parking garage. The room was clean... a little dated. The 30th floor hot water took a little time to be more than warm. Great location. Walked to the falls. Many restaurants in the vicinity. Had an enjoyable stay.

Summary: SI have frequented the Hilton Niagara for many years, but this recent stay was disappointing in terms of room cleanliness. The office desk chair was worn out, with peeling leather, and upon check-in, I found empty water and soda cans left under the bar sink from the previous guest. The dresser was also not functioning properly. This experience was particularly disheartening as we were celebrating my wife's birthday. Additionally, there was no birthday card in the room, as there had been in previous visits of other occcassions.

Summary: Nice large room. Clean and had a nice view of the casino and partial views of the falls. The shower didn’t seal so leaked out onto the floor. Comfortable beds. The elevators were slow not sure if only a couple were working. Enjoyed our stay.
