We came to celebrate my husband's birthday, and the staff made it truly special by giving us a room with a spectacular view of Niagara Falls. Waking up to that view was magical! The entire staff was professional, welcoming, and attentive. The hotel is clean, well-located, and highly recommended for special occasions. We will definitely be back!

Positive: The rooms were clean and properly stocked. Great view. Lovely Shower. Staff were very friendly.

Negative: The cost is pretty high considering you don't offer even the minimum of a breakfast. I've paid $250 less for a smaller but quality place that offers continental breakfast with a large variety of items. No food option besides a very expensive restaurant when guests number more than 3 people. The room was much smaller than it looked in the pictures and the beds were very firm, which might be a plus for some guests, but for me it wasn't. I could barely walk in the morning.
