Positive: The room was very big and spacious and the balcony very big too. There was a coffee maker and a mini fridge in the room. The shower/bathroom was huge. Plenty of toiletries provided in the shower. They had snacks and water for us to purchase in the room, very expensive though. The customer service was amazing, they were always very kind, friendly and helpful. The ladies at breakfast were extremely welcoming too. Gina, the concierge, was excellent. She helped us book a tour. Overall great service, clean room, HUGE gym, open 24/7, the pool was medium size. There is a Starbucks on the first floor and a casino.

Negative: No free water provided in the room. The shower had very low pressure, hard to take a shower. The cleaning lady did not change the glasses for the next day.

Summary: Clean room, awesome customer service, good location.
