Positive: The parking availability was very nice .
Negative: We were by the pool area which was very musty moldy smelling. Even in our room it was musty smelling. When we took our showers the water even had a bad smell to it. The towels didn’t even smell clean

Positive: Overall it’s a good hotel u less you end up in room 2266. Terrible “deluxe” king room. We requested to be changed and it made all the difference. Fri y desk manager Avanis (spelling??) was fantastic. He turned our experience around.
Negative: Besides the room mentioned some of the front desk staff were really unwilling to be creative and could not be bothered with finding a solution to our room being terrible. Better training if you are front desk and dealing with customers might be helpful.
Summary: It was good for what we needed and the shuttle service was a big plus.
