Summary: The Hotel is very clean and smells amazing. I was very surprised that I had to killed a Roach in the bathroom on our second night. The room next to us had the same Food Trays from Room Service outside of their room for over 36 hours. I called the Front Desk and informed them and the Trays weren’t removed until the morning we checked out.

Summary: We have stayed there a few times and have enjoyed it. We had a problem with the ac it leaked water they had said they were booked full when we got there. Repair man came said it was a small leak and it was from kids sitting on it . We thought ok we’re are only going to be there for two night and we got there at six pm. It just didn’t cool good. It was in the 90,s . We told the manager he was super nice and only charged us for one night. They do have an outdoor pool and a very good restaurant inside. The staff was super nice. I think the repair man didn’t do much.

Summary: Overall not impressed. Choose my room and waited for digital key that never came, concierge was very friendly however she changed my room without confirming it with me. I paid for a king deluxe and I definitely didn't get that. The room overall apprearance wise was fair, very old part of the building, until you got close to the bathroom that reeked of sewage or a smell I could describe as strong as a perm solution.The bathtub surround looked like it had black mold that was just painted over, some fixtures were rusted. Worst was sitting in the toilet and being able to rest your leg against the bathtub, it was very tight. No microwave but there was a fridge. When I attempted to chat in the app and i got no response to if/ when breakfast would be served.

Summary: I assumed the property would be older from the grand foyer photos. What I didn’t expect was that the elevator would jolt and make scary noises, the old A/C unit could’t keep up with the late spring evening temps, the room had a subtle smell of smoking of the past, the hallways were windy, confusing, dated, and water damaged in places. Banged up trim everywhere. I reserved a king, and was assigned two very uncomfortable queens. The square shower pan wouldn’t drain. My husband traveled for work and said it was the worst Hilton he’s ever stayed at. No free coffee in the foyer. The area felt safe and suburban, which was my top goal in STL, but I felt like we stayed a night in The Shining.

Summary: Staff was very attentive. I liked the text communication and got immediate response when I texted but the hotel was older and not well taken care of. There were drink glasses left in common areas for several days and there were ants in the bathroom.
