Negative: Valet parking. They did have it quick but sometimes I needed stuff from my car.
Summary: Over perfect! Our first time to Tahoe and we loved it! Already recommended that hotel to family.

Positive: The location is perfect. There are so many things to walk to. Lots of eateries. Starbucks is right down the street. The hotel had happy hour every day from 2 to 6 PM. Very nice staff.
Negative: I would like to suggest that there be more comfortable chairs out by the barbecues. More people may hang out there if there was comfortable seating.

Negative: I had booked an extra date and it was difficult for the staff to figure out that nuance. Had to get keys reprogrammed had housekeeping show up unintended... I have higher expectations for Hilton then services received.
