Positive: Lovely hotel in a great location, has recently been renovated and the room was large, modern and extremely comfortable.
Negative: Main issue with the property was the mandatory valet parking, it made coming in and out of the property during the day very time consuming, having to wait for 15 minutes to collect your car each time. Also we were put under a lot of pressure to sign up for a two hour timeshare meeting by the concierge after checking in at 9pm, tired from travelling. Those two things just put a negative twist on an otherwise great stay.

Positive: Nice lobby, good beds. Nice wine glasses in room Very nice staff. Sweet location Great walking to the waterfall.
Negative: I missed complimentary water bottles in room. I missed free lobby coffee The library game room had No games. Cards, magazines, The lobby needs some coffee table books with good photography… houses of Tahoe, sierras, birds, Etc Very sterile Be sure guests know that there are no spices, knives, pots, pans, foil… just an unequipped-counter with microwave, coffee maker and Fridge. Oh, and a stack of paper products. No real plates or silverware. You better be ok with food delivery. No bar or cafe on site. Boooo

Positive: The hotel was very clean and well maintained. They have renovated in the last few years so i am told it looks much nicer now.. The lobby has a few fire pits which is very nice. The staff at front desk and valet have all been very friendly.
Negative: The pool is a little on the small side and was cold

Positive: The location was fabulous close to everything but not so close that you had to deal with traffic. Our room was very clean and updated and I absolutely love the valet parking.
Negative: The only thing I didn’t like was, every time you come and go during the day there’s a concierge that is continuously trying to sell you on going to a timeshare or signing up for a timeshare even if you make it painfully obvious that you’re not interested so it was very annoying having to pass by him all the time and he would regularly ask if we were interested. I don’t like having someone being so pushy. At one point, he even tried to get my son’s to sign up and they’re minors, granted they look like adults but still it was just so annoying.
