Positive: The property was exceptional in terms of cleanness, facilities and above all the hospitality of the staffs. It was one of the best experience.
Negative: Cleanness, comfort, facilities such as the pool. Food was amazing and the staff were so good that they went above and beyond.

Positive: I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hilton Yala Resort, a lovely and unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by Shashi from Guest Relations, who was incredibly kind and made me feel instantly at home. Her genuine care set the tone for the rest of my stay. A special thanks to Vino, the Front Office Manager, for being so helpful and attentive throughout my visit. At the restaurant, Isuru was outstanding, always attentive, friendly, and full of positive energy. He made every meal even more enjoyable with his excellent service. One of the highlights of my trip was the beach walk guided by Chathura. His knowledge about the local wildlife and environment was impressive, and he explained everything in such a passionate and engaging way. The resort itself is stunning, surrounded by wildlife and natural beauty!! I couldn’t ask for more, thanks for everything.

Positive: Everything was excellent, from the facilities to the restaurant. The pool water also seemed to be properly filtered, and none of us—including the children—had any stomach issues. The Ayurvedic spa massage was also excellent. We had a wonderful experience with both the beach walk and the safari tour. We were lucky enough to see elephants, though the leopard didn’t make an appearance. Even so, we truly appreciated how the ranger kept searching deep into the park until the very end. The dishes prepared by the head chef, who kindly came to greet us at our table on the first night, were absolutely delicious! For breakfast, I had GM Sri Lanka every single day. It’s a hotel I would definitely love to visit again. Thank you so much! The clean-up activity in the national park was also a really enjoyable experience.
Negative: Not at all. It was so good that I don’t even want to tell anyone about it.

Positive: The hotel was very well designed and the amenities were excellent. Specific call out to the main restaurant where we had great service from the staff & chef (Jerome) and delicious meals catered to our taste. Being in the forest, it was a lovely experience to walk around the compound and wake up to the sight of animals within the vicinity (e.g. monkeys or squirrels in the morning). Would highly recommend this resort for visitors looking to do a safari at Yala National Park.
