Positive: This was a luxury but cosy home away from home, like something out of a country living magazine. It was a 10/10 first impression and remained that way throughout our stay. The interior design is beautifully and done and the garden was also beautiful even in Autumn. What a lovely escape to the countryside for some R&R. The hosts Shannon and Sophie were both so welcoming inviting us to stay at their home. They knew we would be out late at a wedding and put the pathway lights on so we wouldn't trip over steps on our return. Little thoughtful things like this, the eco friendly refillable shampoos, bamboo toilet paper and decanted milk for the teas and coffees again were a lovely touch. The little village was remote and quiet with a quaint town of Brackley nearby for brunch and little book shops/cafés would allow for a lovely lazy morning stroll or Stowe House and gardens if a longer walk was preferred. We had a wonderful stay and wouldn't hesitate to come back in future.
Negative: The upstairs living space is bright and full of light, if you need to work on a laptop this can strain the eyes. Perhaps put it away and enjoy the relaxing environment instead!

Positive: This was our second stay at Hinton Hayloft because we liked it so much the first time and it was wonderful again! Shannon and Sophie were so welcoming and made everything so easy. We even got a little note and chocolate to welcome us back. We had our toddler with us and they left out a couple of books and a toy which was really appreciated.

Positive: We had such a lovely stay at Hinton Hayloft and were genuinely impressed from the moment we arrived. Shannon gave us such a warm welcome, and it’s clear that an incredible amount of thought and care has gone into making this property special. Everything was perfect, from the big things to the smallest thoughtful touches. The guest information folder was so useful, the air conditioning was much appreciated, and the complimentary refreshments were such a lovely surprise. One of our favourite touches was the beautiful personalised watercolour card waiting for us. It was incredibly thoughtful and something we’ll genuinely cherish as a keepsake. No wonder all the guests before us have left such glowing 10/10 reviews — Hinton Hayloft really does live up to them! Shannon and Sophie have set the bar incredibly high. I’m honestly not sure any other Airbnb or holiday stay will live up to this one now! They were very responsive and helpfuo. Our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer. We would have loved to spend more time enjoying the property and the beautiful surroundings. Thank you so much, Shannon, for making our stay so welcoming and memorable. A truly exceptional place to stay. We would absolutely recommend Hinton Hayloft and would love to return! ❤️

Positive: Absolutely loved our stay at The Hayloft! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A huge thank you to Shannon and Sophie for making everything so welcoming and comfortable. The Hayloft was absolutely immaculate, beautifully decorated, and had everything we could possibly need. It was fantastic to have a great selection of both hot and cold drinks already stocked, and with the weather being so warm, the air conditioning unit was a brilliant addition and very much appreciated! You can really tell how much thought and care has gone into making the place feel special. We had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend The Hayloft to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable and beautifully presented place to stay.
