Summary: A gorgeous home in a such an ideal location. Each bedroom was spacious and comfortable, the bathrooms were all very clean and modern. The kitchen and living spaces were very comfortable and family orientated. The house as a whole was fully stocked with more than what we could ask for. Truly a tremendous house as a whole! Ryan was very responsive to any questions and offered great assistance.

Summary: We had 5 adults staying in Bath for the weekend. The house is very clean, updated and very comfortable. There are plenty of supplies available, the property manager and owners make sure everything is onsite and plentiful. Excellent communication with the property manager, with timely responses. Great location to walk downtown, to shops and the waterfront.

Summary: We stayed here for Bowdoin family weekend with my in-laws. This historical house has great character and the owners have done a great job of ensuring guests have everything they need! The property manager was only a text away if we had questions. Nice walk to the waterfront where we discovered a farmers market with amazing bread on Saturday morning.

Summary: Nine of us turned 75 this year and decided to gather in Bath. One lives in Bath. Five stayed in this house. Three in another. Location in town was perfect. Home gave these friends comfortable bedrooms, nice gathering spaces, and a very workable kitchen. Definitely would recommend it!

Summary: Has all the amenities you may have forgotten. Great spot to use as a hub to get around and see all of Maine. Great downtown and local dogpark. Bath does close up early each night, most places close at 5pm.

Summary: This was the perfect property for our family getaway-7 adults, a baby plus family dogs (loved that fenced in yard!!). The house was spacious with a dining room that easily sat all of us, extremely comfortable bedrooms and several sitting areas allowing us to both be together and spread out as desired. The host was readily available to answer any questions, and most important, the house was immaculate. Great location within walking distance of downtown historic Bath. Perfect location!

Summary: We brought a group of 7 to the property and it was beautiful, organized and in a central location. There were binders to guide us on where to find things, extra toiletries of all kinds, and even loads of coffee and candy as a bonus! The home was spacious with several areas for groups to gather.
