Summary: Nice studio unit, dividable by curtain for area with sleeper sofa. Awesome porch with rocking chairs, nice sun room with dining table. In the heart of this little town, walkable to all sorts of restaurants, shops, etc., as well as the lake. Bathroom is on the small side, but workable. Had a great stay.

Summary: Great location to walk to the lake and the shops / restaurants in Bemus Point. The suite was very cute, clean and adequate for a weekend stay. Love that it was dog-friendly. Would recommend.

Summary: Everything was Great as always,Ken is such a Great Host.He goes out of his way to make your stay Perfect. We will always stay here as long as we go to Bemus Point and as long as Ken owns the property. Already made my reservations for next year wit Evolve.

Summary: The studio and its location were perfect. The attention to detail was impressive, and the owner was kind and super helpful. Bemus Point is a quiet place in the off-season, and that suited us well. My wife and I highly recommend this vacation rental.

Summary: Ken is our favorite host of all the rentals we have visited! It is rare to find a rental that is so thoughtfully and artistically accessorized as this one. Wherever you look there are little special touches that set this rental apart. The flowers and picket fence out front are indicative of the charming interior. The location is perfect. It is easy walking distance to everything in Bemus Point, the market, restaurants, and ice cream. And a short drive to Chautauqua Institute. We were the envy of all who walked by as we rocked in our rockers on the front porch with our drinks. Ken offered us a twilight boat ride on the lake which was delightful! We loved the history and local stories he shared, and we are so glad we got to know him a bit.

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this cute and charming cottage right in the heart of everything Bemus Point has to offer. The unit is much larger than it seems on-site and is furnished to suit anyone's needs, the bed was really comfortable and the little extras were a nice touch. We also loved the outdoor space and particularly relaxing in the rockers on the front porch. The bathroom is very, very small so if you're big & tall or need a larger bathroom, I'd suggest looking at one of the other 2 rental units on-site. We were in town for a wedding and had to reach out to the host a couple times and Ken couldn't have been better. He was responsive and quick to provide anything needed. I would definitely recommend any of this host's properties to anyone considering a stay in the area - and the area is absolutely worth the visit!
