Summary: A return visit to this wonderful condo, and it will not be our last. Beautifully furnished and a stunning lake view. Bemus Point is a marvelous destination and you can walk to the restaurants and shops—very conveniently located.

Summary: Year after year we come back to this beautiful condo! It’s spacious, immaculately clean, super cozy, and decorated with a designers touch. The location overlooking Bemus bay provides gorgeous views of the lake. Our host, Ariana, always goes above and beyond to accommodate us and is very responsive in our communication. We highly recommend this gorgeous vacation rental.

Summary: We discovered Bemus Point several years ago and when we saw it was in the path of totality, we began our search for a great place to stay and we found it. Ariana was extremely responsive and the condo was perfect - very clean, great location, and well equipped. We will be back!

Summary: Everything exceeded our expectations!!! Beautiful, clean, and perfect location. My sister and her family moved to Bemus 6 years ago from Long Island. We visit a couple a couple of times a year. We have stayed at hotels and other vrbo properties. The accommodations here checked all the boxes my family was looking for. Plenty of room, extra bathrooms and location. We will stay here again for our Summer vacation!!! Thank you!
