You will appreciate the quality of furnishings that adorn every room. The living and dining room we think are awesome. The huge kitchen is decked out with new Samsung and GE Cafe professional grade appliances. Don't forget to enjoy two patios, a gazebo, and fire pit in the spacious back yeard.
Great beds and big, smart TVs make certain you will get a great sleep in this quiet neighborhood. Maybe you need a fifth bedroom? Or prefer a family room for games or big screen TV and movies? Venture up to Rydell On Three and decide!
Back in the day, the Rydell House was the talk of the town and featured in the local newspaper. It has always been well maintained by caring owners. We are doing our best to add meaningful updates while preserving and honoring the heritage of this solid and prominent home. Note: there is a single security camera in the kitchen. Summary: We had a wonderful time staying in this amazing home. The kitchen is well equipped with perfect appliances and all you could possibly need! We cooked a full Thanksgiving for 12 and all went smoothly! We fed all of the UMD theatre kids that couldn’t go home due to rehearsals. It would not have been possible without this perfect super clean house. Thank you!

Summary: It is a beautiful home. Great location, easy access to Duluth and surrounding area. My family stayed here for my sons wedding in Canal Park. The back yard was beautiful and a great place to relax in between wedding schedules. The house was amazing, every corner you turned you would find something new and unique. The whole family enjoyed their stay. The host was very responsive and easy to work with. Thank you!

Summary: This home provided the perfect weekend get away for our family. We comfortably used the space with 6 adults and 2 kids and it was a great balance of togetherness and privacy. Summary: This property is just as shown in the photos! Beautifully decorated and feels very homey. The kitchen had everything you could ever need, the yard was large and has beautiful flower gardens. There is space for everyone and loved the large dining room table for meals and game time. The owner was very pleasant and easy to work with, and best of all, responded very quickly to any communication sent. We would definately stay again!
