Summary: This property was so cool! We booked it for a festival at the park about 3 blocks away. Walkimg to downtown was a breeze. Fair warning, the walk back from downtown was a bit more difficult. The steep incline let me know how out of shape I was. But, this is the mountains, after all! The back yard deck was an amazing surprise.

The wood beams, antique furnishings, and original features added so much character, while the comfortable living area made it easy to relax and unwind after a day of exploring the area.The location was perfect for a weekend getaway, just a short stroll from the heart of Manitou Springs with its shops, restaurants, and natural beauty. Whether we were lounging on the porch with a cup of coffee or retreating inside for a quiet evening, it was easy to feel at peace and completely content.We absolutely loved our stay here.
