Summary: Adorable hotel. Family friendly and clean. The staff was extremely friendly and shared great places to go while we were in town. Shuttle service to town was across the street, only steps away, but the town was within walking distance. Close to everything! Can’t wait to go back!!

Summary: This place is affordable and relaxing! We had the best service, room was big and nice. Near food, shops, trails and the cog! If its a couple i highly recommend the King Suite with jacuzzi jetted tub... or there to do any hiking....worth the little extra $

Summary: My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at the Villa Motel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We liked the fact that it is a local family-owned property. It is an easy walk to the downtown area of Manitou Springs. There are lots of places to shop and eat within a ten minute walk.
