Summary: This house rental was beyond perfect to both take advantage of the adorable village of Orchard Park and to go to a Bills game. The owners have provided everything a family would need for a clean and comfortable experience. The house is absolutely charming and is located a short block from some wonderful restaurants and shops. It was a quick drive to park and attend a Bills game. We had wonderful overall experience and would rent this house again without hesitation!

Summary: We were in town for a family wedding. This was my second time staying at this house, and we will continue to stay here for all of our upstate NY trips! It’s a GREAT, spacious house in a quiet neighborhood, with nearby amenities.

Summary: Thank you for allowing us to be repeat customers! My family had a perfect stay. The home is perfectly located. My son was at camp at the Bills stadium and the commute was quick and easy. My family was able to take a short drive to Lake Erie for an afternoon swim and to Niagara Falls to enjoy a ride on The Maid of the Mist. Thank you so much for your hospitality!

Summary: The house was absolutely perfect. It was impeccably clean, location was just where we needed to be. So much space! We felt that we didn’t stay long enough to utilize all the space! It was nicely decorated, and so comfortable. Walking distance to great restaurants, shops and nice walks on tree lined streets. The next time I come back I hope it is for a Bills game! Thank you for having such a warm and welcoming home for visitors to share!

Summary: Friends came for a concert. Accommodations were wonderful. Very clean and well stocked! Easy to communicate. Loved it and would highly recommend!

Summary: My husband & I, our son, daughter and son-in-law. So 3 bedrooms were perfect for 5 adults. 1 1/2 bath. Definitely cozy cottage feel but plenty of living space. Looks even better in person. It was very clean. Responsive host. We always ate out, but kitchen appeared to be well stocked. Was walking distance for food and fun! OP Social was amazing. Flattery Beer Co was fun while we waited. Many other places we would have loved to checkout near the house. Too short of visit. Our first visit to NY state … beautiful! Other places we drove to that were fun experiences: Wegmans, The Bills Store, Bar Bill - East Aurora (loved the drive), Wayland Brewing Company. Hat Trix doesn’t look like much… but we could get a party of 14 seated on a Saturday evening…. Had good bar food & drinks and a live band!! Was sooo much fun. And if you are into dive bar experiences, Town House is a fun time (& cheap lol) went after the game. So we had many dining experiences including tailgating…. None disappointed and this house was a perfect home base & perfect for us to relax between adventures!

Summary: This house was fantastic! The pictures didn’t do it justice. Plenty of space from the front sitting room to the living room, dining room, small office and sunken family room. We wished we could have stayed longer! Very close to countless amenities in the village. The house was VERY clean. All three beds were very comfortable, more concrete than my bed at home! We’ll be back! Would have preferred an electronic keypad rather than keys.
