Summary: Got in late and Mudan at check in and Onnalee at check out were both super friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and comfortable. Would stay again if we are ever in the area.

Summary: The pool was closed which was a disappointment but the pool was offered at a neighboring hotel. I just didn't want to change locations for a pool. Our first room had dead bugs on the floor and wall, and a live flying one! The front desk person was super nice and got us into a new room very quickly. The second room was very nice. She did tell us she was contacting her manager to see if we would get a discount or something but never heard back and it was the full rate on our receipt. Breakfast was good, typical hotel free breakfast but good and nice variety.

Summary: When we arrived, Veronica at front desk, said we could only have 2 queen beds although I paid the upgrade price for one king bed. Through her professionalism, after seeing my reservation on my iPhone, she honored the one king bed. It seems Hotels.com is not sending the hotels correct information as to room type once a reservation is booked. If I pay for the upgrade, I would expect to receive the upgrade. Again, the Front Desk clerk was extremely professional and then the housekeeper, Jessica (?) went into the room to insure its readiness. That was appreciated and again, we felt this property was extremely well run.

Summary: Check in was nice and easy. Breakfast was good. Beds were comfortable and ac was nice and cold. Bathroom could’ve been a bit cleaner in spots but not bad.

Summary: Business trip. Offered free water, coffee and cookies with other snacks to buy. Very nice breakfast, rooms were clean and comfy

Summary: Our stay at the Holiday Inn Express was nothing short of EXCELLENT!! I am not good with names but the girl who works days at the front desk could not have been more kind, accommodating and professional. She was so sweet to my girls and made sure to make sure we were happy with our stay every time she saw us. Housekeeping was also kind, helpful and prompt! Every member of the hotel staff greeted us and was extremely kind and polite. Our room was SPOTLESS and well maintained, as was the entire hotel. I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. We have stayed in other hotels in Hamburg and the Holiday Inn Express is BY FAR the BEST! We will definitely be back!
