A quiet home just outside the Village of Hamburg full of history. Originally bought from the Sears Catalog and delivered to the train station in the Village in 1921. It was then transported to its current location where it was assembled on site and in recent months was renovated and updated while keeping its original charm and character. Renovations included new updated kitchen, updated full bath and adding two half baths one of which is now located on the 2nd floor. A brisk walk to the Pellicano Winery and just a short jaunt to the Hamburg brewery and of course just a mile from route 219 which can take you north to the City of Buffalo and its beautiful waterfront or south to rolling hills and Ellicottville, NY.
