Positive: The apartment is in a very good location - close to everything. You will find everything you need in the apartment. I read in the reviews that it is noisy at night. When I closed the window, I couldn't hear anything at night. However, I went to bed after midnight, so the pubs were slowly closing. We even managed to fry scrambled eggs, and since I've been traveling for two weeks, I really miss this type of meals. In the morning, you can buy everything for breakfast at the local market. Very nice and helpful owner. I definitely recommend it!

Positive: 10/10 for this apartment - great location short walk from the centre and the beach. Apartment was clean and the host was excellent. Good communication with host prior to check in which allowed for smooth check in process. Excellent attention to detail and facilities/ amenities provided in the apartment including beach chairs, phone chargers and ear plugs to block out any street noise at night. Would recommend for your stay in Cannes.

Positive: This is a great little apartment in a fantastic location right in the heart of it all. It was very well equipped with everything you could possibly think of = we were working, but we noted there was even beach chairs to borrow! It's a great size for two people. Annie was great to deal with - super nice and easy to reach on whatsapp and very responsive. She met us to take us in and show us around. She was also really flexible on our checkout time as she didnt have another booking that day, which we really appreciated. Great restaurants and cafes literally on the doorstep including a great breakfast place directly opposite the front door, and only a few streets back from the Croisette and seconds from all the good shops! A great way to experience Cannes!
Negative: This is a very centrally located apartment which means while it is awesome, it is also noisy! It's on a pedestrian cobbled street full of cafes (lovely!) but as a result they cart in stock and deliveries on trollies up and down the street at all hours of the night. Even with the window shut, you can hear it. I think if you're on holiday, it would be fine, but for work it's a bit disruptive to sleep. The bed is also a bit short! No issue for me but my 6ft+ husband found it a bit uncomfortable. Finally, there are two stories to walk up (no lift). Absolutely no issue for us as we are fit and also we are experienced so half-anticipated this and we came with hand baggage only but I would definitely not want to be dragging large suitcases up those stairs. So, just a matter of being prepared!
