4 Bedroom Cottage in Livonia

Enjoy our perfectly imperfect lake house, with stunning sunsets every night! Although we welcome families with children, we want to be perfectly clear that this is a 100+ year old house, and is not child proof. It has steep stairs, with 3 of the 4 bedrooms on second story. Must walk across the street to access lake, also has a 3 foot break wall along the shore. We love the charm of our old house but may not be suitable for all. Full time tenant lives above the detached garage behind home.

Summary: Property was as described in listing. Inside was clean and there was plenty of space. My family and I had a wonderful time there and would definitely rent again if visiting the area.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay. The view from the living room was beautiful. There were 5 adults and an infant. It easily accommodated us with lots of room. Did not get a chance to use the hidden chess board, but we did make s’mores in the fire pit by the lake. It has a lot of charm and, if we are back in the area, we would try to get it again.

Summary: We took the family for an extra long weekend. Everyone had a blast being able to jump off the dock and use the kayaks that we brought. House was big with a great view of the water. The listing is accurate, its an older house with charm. Very clean, would stay again.
