Positive: This was a fabulous place with beautiful views over the Dutch countryside complete with 3 windmills and fields with sheep, lambs and cows. The ducks and birds also made their presence felt. Caroline and Klaas were superb hosts who couldn't have given us a warmer welcome. The cake and wine was very much appreciated! Their communication was excellent too. The accommodation was beautifully decorated and has two good sized bedrooms and the cozy kitchen/dining/lounge was equipped with everything we needed. The WiFi was of a good strength too. It was located about an hour from the Hook of Holland ferry terminal and about 30 minutes from the wonderful Keukenhof Gardens, and about 20 minutes to the pretty town of Leiden. Gouda and Amsterdam aren't too far either. All in all a fabulous place that we would highly recommend!
