Positive: Staff were very friendly and welcoming and helped us with what we needed. We were able to rent a moped, and they were very accommodating. Rooms were clean, bathroom was of a good standard and pool area was nice and relaxed.
Negative: Nothing - all good :)

Positive: Staff at Hola were exceptional, very kind and helpful always. We quite liked the location too. It was an easy walk to Thomas Beach & Uluwatu beach, and cafes & restaurants.
Negative: Just some mozzies in the room at times…but not the end of the world, we just used repellent.
Summary: Great location. Gorgeous pool area. Lovely staff.

Positive: We only needed a one-night stay, and it was perfect for that. The beds were very comfortable, and there was plenty of space for the four of us to move around. There was a lots of drinking water!!!! Bathroom was nice and clean with shampoo and product always great when you travel
Negative: I wouldn't say it blew my mind; the pictures had me more excited. Unfortunately, the pool was unusable, which is something they should mention before booking. But not the end of the world we could get a lift to the beach . so it wasn't a dealbreaker. The noise from the bar was quite loud, but they did mention this upfront and provided earplugs. This place would be great for the people that stay out late at night .

Positive: The location is good in terms of access to restaurants and shops. The pool is nice. The staff that checked us in were helpful and the bed was comfortable.
Negative: The villa was not as spacious or modern as it looks in the pictures. The doors were not very well sealed and we did see some bugs in our room ( not too many but a few). The main downside is the noise. It is very loud at night with noise from nearby clubs and passing traffic. The villa is very close to a busy road and the noise made it difficult to sleep. If you are going to be out late then the villa is a good choice because it's really close to lots of bars and the noise won't bother you.

Negative: -The villas are next to some club the music Is playing loud all night and the villas dont have a proper door so its like you are in a club all night!! - the open bathroom has a hole in the wall from the bottom you can hear other people when talking a shower etc so its not very private ! - They say on the website there Is a private pool - the pool Is shared between all guests of the villa - in generał there Is a smell of mould
