The natural beauty and dreamlike location of our place offer every opportunity to spend an unforgettable holiday - a mixture of ancient Sardinian traditions, the simplicity of the people and the incomparable Sardinian hospitality are constant companions.
The one-room flats (20 square metres) have a garden and, depending on their location, either a furnished terrace or a furnished balcony with sea view.
In keeping with our family's philosophy, the apartments have been planned and realised with attention to detail.
The accommodation offered here offers 1 room for 2 persons (including kitchenette, dining table, 2 chairs, furnished terrace or balcony and a bathroom with shower.
All accommodation is tastefully furnished in Sardinian style and fully equipped.
The Solevacanze holiday flats (Sa Fiorida type K mono) also offer air conditioning, which can provide the necessary freshness in summer and cosy warmth in winter, and satellite TV with German channels.)
The spacious outdoor area also offers guests the opportunity to barbecue.
Within walking distance are 3 restaurants, a supermarket, a fruit and vegetable shop, a tabacchi (magazines and tobacco products), 4 bars, a church, an ice cream parlour, 2 children's playgrounds and of course the local sandy beach, which stretches for almost 15 km to the east. There is also a rocky coast to the west (ideal for snorkelling and diving).
Residence Solevacanze, like our holiday homes Sa Fiorida, is nestled in a beautiful landscape in the village of La Ciaccia (Valledoria) in the centre of the north coast near the village of Castelsardo (a small town dating back to the 11th century).
Due to its quiet but central location, there are many things to do in addition to relaxing on site.
Enchanting beaches of fine sand, pebbles, shells or rocks, which invite you to swim, as well as numerous excursion destinations in the unspoilt, picturesque countryside, visits to charming and interesting villages and pre-Christian cultural monuments guarantee a varied and relaxing holiday.
One of the largest and most beautiful sandy beaches in northern Sardinia is about 400 metres away. The main town of Valledoria is 3 km away and offers numerous shops, restaurants, banks, pharmacy, specialist doctors, supermarkets.....Both in La Ciaccia and in Valledoria all facilities are open all year round.
What characterises our service and the location of the accommodation?

(9) Bicycle hire: We hire out bicycles to our guests on site (also for children)
(10) We also offer numerous cycle tours (including guided tours of between 20 and 100 kilometres) for all ages and abilities and hire out bikes. We also have our own bicycle workshop.
(11) Numerous outdoor sports activities (all year round): sailing school and hire, surfing and diving school, SUP, kite surf, canoe excursions and hire, boat trips on the Coghinas river.
(12) The local shops, restaurants, ice cream parlour, bars, bakery, church and playground are all within walking distance. The largest local supermarket is open all year round, even on Sunday mornings.
(13) More than 50 km of paths and trails in the immediate vicinity for hiking, walking and cycling
(14) Excursions: We also organise excursions on water (on the Coghinas river and on the sea) and on land

Beginners, leisure cyclists, families, ambitious racing cyclists and mountain bikers are spoilt for choice. We have already put together a small preselection of tours for you. Of course, we can also recommend and create further tours for you on site.
