Whether after a stressful business trip, a day at the trade fair or being away on a job, there is nothing like peace and quietness and the perfect setting for a relaxing holiday plus a variety of entertainment to switch off. Our holiday home (ready since 2008) is in an ideal location. Nürnberg, Fürth, Schwabach, Stein, Heilsbronn, Ansbach and the Frankonian lakes close by. The holiday home has a private terrace with a garden facing the west. There is also a parking spot or a place in the garage for your car.
Schwabachtal specialities from the farmer personal: Regionally grown and/or locally made specialities are available in the local shops in the area. Fruit, vegetables, juices, local spirits (made of fruit), cheese, eggs, pasta, chicken, different meat, sausages, bread and much more… directly from the farmer to your dinner table! For an additional charge we are happy to get in some food from the local market for your first breakfast or evening meal.
The local cuisine: There are lots of local guest houses that offer excellent regional dishes. Moreover, there are Italian and Greek restaurants within a short distance. The Schwabach cuisine also has a large variety of delicious specials.

Summary: Very nice and peaceful location. Rooms were clean and spacious and the beds good to sleep. Big bathroom crowned the apartment. All necessary equipment is available for perfect stay. Hosts are very friendly. We enjoyed our visit a lot!

Summary: The vacation home of the Family Schrepf is perfect for young families and couples. Quiet, clean, modern, efficient and fully functional (good WiFi and washing machine in apartment). Everything is on one level, so there are no issues with accessibility. Access to important and historic cities (Ansbach, Nuremberg, Bamberg, Leutershausen, Feuchtwangen, Dinkelsbühl) in the region is quite good. Playmobil is a popular destination, but there is also the Herpa Miniaturmodelle Museum nearby too. Most important though, there are many castle ruins in the area, providing great walking/hiking opportunities. Lastly, Rosa Schrepf was a fine hostess, making sure we were settled and comfortable. She was very available if we needed anything, yet gave us plenty of privacy.

Summary: We were about 16 Kilometers from Roth for the triathlon race of the year. Rosa and Manfred were great and their place was very nice and up to date. They were always available and when the microwave went out, they quickly replaced it with a new one. The 2 bedroom was enough space for our 2 and 5 year old. The cut-de-sac location was great for the kids to play out front without traffic coming by. The area was also great for running or a bike ride of the area. The drive to Roth and Hilpolstein was about a 20-25 minute car ride to where the race amenities occurred.

Summary: We really enjoyed our recent stay at this location. The apartment is very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well furnished with the basic appliances for preparing meals. Nice sized bathroom with a great walk-in shower plus washing machine (3 euro/load). Very quiet country setting with easy parking next to unit. The Schrepfs are very friendly and helpful with area information, as needed. Pictures posted here appear to be current. We would stay here again.

Summary: The first contact by mail was very pleasant. All questions were answered. The house was according to expectations. Everything was very clean. The terrace is very sunny. The owner, Rosa, was very nice and helpful. Playmobil land, the zoo, neurenberg... everything is near by. We enjoyed our stay and recommend this house!

Summary: Home was clean, comfortable, fully stocked and tidy. Good selection of board games. Quiet in the country. Rosa, the owner, went out of her way to help us find dinner reservations for Christmas Eve. In addition, she made a call to the restaurant down the street and asked them to stay open so we could grab a late lunch on our day of arrival. She was the perfect host!

Summary: Using Leuzdorf Rohr as a base was perfect for us to access the many Christmas Markets and historic towns around the area. Everyday seen us in a different place. The apartment was ideally located and well appointed, we only needed it to sleep, wash and eat as we were out and about during the days taking in as much of Germany as we could in our 1 week stay. Rosa and Mike were very helpful and provided us with local information on transport and restaurants. If you are looking for cosy apartment in a small German village rather than a hotel in a noisy city then this is the place for you. Car a must if you are to explore Germany. Had a great time and great experience.

Summary: We are delighted with this fantastic place, fantastic hosts and a peaceful place in the middle of bavarian village. Definitely, a place to recommend for families. We have been there in two families, with 9 people in total (4 adults, youngsters and small kids) - still enough place to comfortably stay and enjoy holidays. Everything in terms of household and preparation for guests at top level! My advice: book, pay and enjoy without any worries :-) Vielen Dank noch einmal !!!
