Summary: Summer visit and had NO CLUE at time of booking rooms have NO AC. In the middle of August (regardless of being allowed to crack a window and turn a ceiling fan on) is 85+°. Correct, you will go to sleep in a room you are paying top dollar for where the temp is EIGHTY FIVE DEGREES. Nevermind the fact the place is a hodge podge of buildings, parking garages always full, 1 e charger always taken, poorly maintained, wallpaper and fittings taken straight out of a 1993 JC Penny catalog. Gross, gross, gross. Old and poorly maintained !! And a freggin time share sell job at check in.

Summary: The room was nice, we got the one for 6 people. There is no room service provided and there was no hot water the first night.

Summary: There is a ticking noise that I thought was a clock going off in another room, I called the front desk several times to get someone to look into it, and they just gave me an excuse that the person in the other room had some kind of machine going on for their diabetes. They also said they would be gone that day after me staying up all night hearing ticking noises. The second night I got in pretty late and could not change rooms so I put a bunch of noise in the room so I couldn’t hear the ticking noise. I’m not sure what that noise was, but it was very annoying

Summary: An Unforgettable Lake Tahoe Getaway! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently stayed at a resort in Lake Tahoe and truly had the best experience! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The natural beauty of the area was breathtaking, and the resort made sure every moment was filled with comfort, fun, and relaxation. We enjoyed so many activities—from swimming in the refreshing pools, large hot tubs, to hiking scenic trails with incredible views, and trying out just about every amenity offered. We played pickleball, basketball, mini golf, and more—it was impossible to get bored! Each activity was well-maintained and easy to access. The restaurant on-site was nice, offering delicious meals with great service and relaxing ambiance. Whether we were grabbing a casual lunch or enjoying a cozy dinner, the food never disappointed. What really made the experience stand out was the overall atmosphere and thoughtful details throughout the resort. It was the perfect balance of adventure and relaxation. I can’t recommend this resort enough for couples, families, or anyone looking for a memorable Lake Tahoe retreat. We’re already talking about when we can come back!

Summary: Wow. Book it. U will be so pleased... I just hope they cleaned and or upgraded all the light switches. Only complaint was how dirty they all were. Place was immaculate and beautiful

Summary: Great top of the Peaks location! Nice place to have a hotel, top of Kingsbury grade! We stayed here in the summer. But In the winter skier's couldn't do better than this location for NV side, maybe getting a little long in the tooth/showing it's age.It's ideal for Stagecoach or Boulder lodges. I've sent many winter's around this area and witnessed their outstanding and timely shuttle service (one of the best I've seen). They also have a little 2-4 seat trolley (kinda gondola looking/like) on rails. Never used it, looks cool, but also quite slow. Front staff was Great! Efficient, but also always friendly and willing to smile and laugh while helping! Can't give a review on the food at their own premise restaurant. Although we tried eating there, and although there were only 2 other groups of 2. We waited 5-10 minutes to receive some water. Then waited &waited& waited for the one guy to acknowledge or help us. It seemed that we became invisible! I really can't explain it other than the place was on its last leg. Or it was magical invisi water that made us completely disappear and invisible to him! Then in a last ditch effort to help my hunger wife get some food I popped out the words "can we order"! And in response to me asking, he said he'll get to it! Then he proceeded over to the bar area and stood at the bar waiting for some drinks for about 5+ minutes just talking and waiting. We ended up eventually just getting up and walking out. We never went back to tried again.
