Summary: Clean and tidy as to be expected, unfortunately we checked in just before the kitchen was closing, but upon checking the kitchen was already closed fore the 10pm cut off. So we went directly to the bar for refreshments, ordered food via the Uber eats app and finished eating around midnight. Upon entering the room we found that the A/C was not working however as it was late and after a very long day (17 hours) we decided to put up with it, only to find the window was open. Perhaps the cleaning stag should have checked the operation of the rooms A/C as a part of their final checks… Reception advised and were fully supportive and advised that we should have advised them straight away as a further room would have been available, however as mentioned after such a long day out only thought was sleep…

Summary: Second visit to this hotel, it’s been refurbished the rooms are clean, modern and comfortable. Breakfast is excellent, great stop off point for travelling back to the UK. Only small gripe is why shower curtains, hate them 😀. Super comfortable beds.

Summary: Was at hotel with family for Euro 24. Hotel although a bit outside Neuss and Disseldorf is actually well located. 5 mins walk to tram either way is ideal . Nice and quiet Definitely recommend it
