Positive: I apparently booked the wrong room. Booked a one queen bedroom for three people. Hotel offered to move us for the first night but were sold out for the second so we chose to stay in the original room they gave us a cot which worked out fine. The room was a bit small to try to fit the cot in but we made it work
Negative: No one was at the front desk on a regular basis. When we checked in someone who was passing by actually hollered and then someone came out. Perhaps a bell would be helpful.

Positive: Accommodated us after we discovered our assigned room 207 had stained walls, looked like ammonia or urine or bleach. We were told it was bleach. They moved us to a different room, so that was good.
Negative: 1)Stains on the original room 207. 2) I asked for a receipt upon check out and the clerk said I needed to contact the site I used to book the room. I contacted the site and they said it’s the hotel’s responsibility and obligation to provide a receipt to me. It was if I asked her for a free nights stay! She asked me for my email and I provided it, which she did nothing with it. Just to humor me. Why was it so hard to just print out the receipt, she was staring at the receipt on the computer. I don’t get it!

Positive: Breakfast was very good ! Staff was helpful , pool was nice and clean , bathroom was clean and well supplied . Mattress was comfortable.
Negative: The room had a smell ( possibly dog ) . I bought a deodorizer which didn't solve the problem. Some decor was pretty dated ( wall coverings etc. ) . TV stations were very limited .
