Summary: Overall, our stay at this property was slightly unnerving. After our arrival it took quite a while for someone to address our lack of heat request. We were also perplexed by the bedroom door locks setup. However, once we became acclimated to our temporary surroundings, the stay was okay.

Summary: We had a fantastic time at this house for our business trip! The host was super responsive and extremely accommodating. Very helpful with any and all recommendations. The house was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again!!

Summary: The house is charming and much larger than expected. It had 4 large bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and central heating. There were TV's in every bedroom and the living room, and also plenty of paper goods and towels provided. Close proximity to the highway and places to eat as well.

Summary: If the camera could see something, it was... um.... photogenic. If the camera could not see it, it was poorly updated/repaired or not touched in a long time. The update of the property was amateurish. For example, one window behind a very nice blind had black mold and a piece missing out of the glass. In short, we would not choose this property again.

Summary: The house is exactly what is shown in the posting. The owner is very responsive to communication. The problems lie in the little things. Many of the outlets do not work. Furniture is broken in areas. If it wasn't for the neighborhood; my sister observed an apparent drug deal going on down the street and the drag racing down the street in the middle of the night, it would have been a great stay. The price per night is super. Unfortunately the fees just about doubled the cost of the stay. While it was nice to have everyone in one space, I almost think I would have rathered stayed in a hotel.

Summary: The property was very clean. We loved that each bedroom had an extra box fan. The front door lock malfunctioned, which made entry / exiting tricky. Home is located near a busy neighborhood road, so traffic can be heard. We felt safe. Restaurants/Walmart is within 10 min drive. Motion light on front porch seemed to be malfunctioning too, blinking on & off constantly. We turned light off at bed time so the flashing didn't disrupt sleep. Everyone in our group agreed that all the beds were very comfortable.

Summary: We stayed in August 2022 and overall very satisfied with this property. The bed were comfortables and the house was renovated. Pictures are accurate, but rooms are somewhat smaller. We were 2 famililies with teenagers. Bring extra plates, glasses and silverware as there is not enough for 12 people. AC units are present, although not sufficient for temperatures above 90F. Thankfully, there were extra fans to push the AC air in the bedrooms, which made it ok to sleep. We would have like to have instructions for the trash and recycling. We would stay there again!

Summary: Clean house , nice environment. The kids enjoyed themselves at the backyard. You can also consider adding a washing machine to the house to make it a complete package ! But we loved it! Thank you.

Summary: The location for excursions in every direction was great. We enjoyed the home but would have liked a few extras, like dish towels, plates made of better quailty, ice maker hooked up to water; little things like that would have made it better. The host was very quick to correct the things we called about and we appreciated that!
