Relax with the whole family at this peaceful three bedroom / two bath home in a quiet, rural neighborhood. Home sits on nearly three scenic acres, with lots of trees and wildlife. Conveniently located less than 2 miles from I-35, 12 minutes from Lazy E Arena & just 5 miles to the Edmond Convention Center & ShowBiz Theater. The home is a convenient short drive to either Edmond or Guthrie.
The space:
This single story home has a king bed in the primary bedroom, with a smart tv, an on-suite bathroom and walk in shower. The second bedroom also has a king bed, while the third bedroom has a pair of twin beds to comfortable accommodate your group. The beds sleep 6 total comfortably, while another (making the total 7 people) could sleep on the couch is needed. Off the hallway, the guest bathroom has a shower / tub combo. In the living room your find a love seat, full size couch and smart tv. Also, there is a desk and task chair for when work beckons. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pots, pans and basic cooking supplies. A Keurig coffee maker, Brita water filter pitcher & electric tea kettle with a variety of teas are provided. The laundry room boasts a Maytag washer and dryer, with Free & Clear detergent pods provided, as well as an iron for guest use. For families traveling with children, a Pack-N-Play & high chair are provided, along with some toys, children’s books and board games. Sitting in rocking chairs while soaking in the outdoors or visiting with friends and family over a meal at the picnic table will make for a great way to both start and end your day.

Leaves may blow & limbs may fall, the garage is available for suitable vehicles.

Summary: I post this review with reluctance as I know it will make it harder to secure reservations due to demand. We have used many VRBO’s and all have been great but this one is INCREDIBLE. This property is immaculate, well stocked with any necessary supplies or comforts you could want. Close to Lazy E Arena, College softball World Series, Historic Guthrie, The list goes on and on. I hope you don’t want this on any weekend I’m headed to Guthrie because this is where I want to be.

Summary: Clean and well equipped. Great coffee, tea, and snacks. We were traveling with a boat and two full size pickups and had plenty of parking space. Highly recommend this property.

Summary: This VRBO has the most thoughtful hosts. The house was clean, nicely updated, and equipped very well. We were greeted by a personal note. They put out dog bowls and a blanket for our dog in case we needed one-nice. The kitchen was very well stocked, and they put out some breakfast bars for us. This was so helpful and appreciated! They had a cupboard stocked with items that one might have forgotten. Even the soap in the bathroom was in glass bottles. The bed was comfortable and there were enough towels for an army! Checkout was also very easy. I highly recommend this VRBO.

Summary: We were attending a Wedding in the area and this place was the perfect location and the perfect 3 bedroom 2 bath with all the amenities we needed. 15 minutes from the Zoo, the Train Museum and shopping. The owners were beyond responsive to our questions as this really became my most important influence. It was clean and well taken care of home with everything we needed.
