Summary: Easy check in with a convenient location. Parking lot was pretty full with what seemed to be temporary construction worker trucks. We had breakfast on site 1 morning which was typical hotel breakfast. Room was not very clean. Outlet needed to be reset for fridge and keurig to work. Bed was ok - some stains on bed and pillows. Floor was dirty and would recommend walking around in shoes or socks at all times. Toilet was dirty. Shower was dirty as well with hairs accumulated at the bottom. Shower drained EXTREMELY SLOW. Had to turn off the shower mutiple times in a quick 5 min shower or it would have overflowed. Ok stay - but wouldn't come back.

Summary: Service was slow at reception and breakfast. I think we waited over 20mins for sausage and then they refilled the one that wasn't empty (Turkey vice Pork). Also, the Parking lot is tight and built on a weird angle. Doesn't help an employee parked in the middle of the drive-way.

Summary: The smoke detector beeped all night. I told the receptionist about it and she said someone would change the batteries in the morning. This is unacceptable. 1st off the batteries should be changed out on a schedule and shouldnt have to rely on the chirping sounds to replace batteries. Total disregard for the safety of your guests. The detectors not only are for smoke/Fire but carbon monoxide as well. Not acceptable!

Summary: I really DID NOT like having a room on the 1st Floor (basement level) near the pool and fitness center, as well as “storage area.” It was NOISY, STINKY, and GENERALLY UNPLEASANT. The blinds did not come down all the way and the light coming through, especially at night, was annoying! There was also a draft coming through the window area, which I tried to “block” with rolled up towels. All in all, having a room in the basement had the feel of being in a DUNGEON! My prior stay on the 3rd floor was more NORMAL! At least the complimentary breakfast and the location (not far from Philadelphia Street, where I visited “downtown”) was good.

Summary: When we checked in at 9pm the manager had to check and see if our room was even cleaned. Most check-ins are at 4pm not sure why he had to check not very good service.
