Summary: Bathroom didn’t work, couldn't use the toilet in our room. Had to ride the elevator to the lobby to use the restroom. Front desk said there was no one there to fix it. Did not offer us another room. Front desk said the manager would contact us about possible refund or discount. No one ever contacted us.

Summary: It was a very nice hotel. The only downfall was the pancake maker was down the couple nights we were there. Other than that, everything was real nice.

Summary: Hotel staff very friendly. Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Breakfast provided in the morning was good with many options.

Summary: Great place to stay! Close to a lot of restaurants, gas stations and stores. The staff of friendly and they have a buffet style breakfast. The pool was a little cold but we did get to enjoy it for 2 hours all to ourselves. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. I recommend staying here if you are in the Morgantown area!

Summary: Great staff. Late arrival not a problem nor was a late checkout. Breakfast was good but cinnamon buns and pancakes weren’t available due to delivery and equipment issues.
