Summary: Awesome service, beautiful hotel, love the ease of shuttle to Mackinac Island and back. Pool and hot tub were nice, however i thought the pool was a bit chilly. Breakfast was great!

Summary: Carpeting could be replaced. Pillows are great! Like the convenience of soaps, etc., in dispensers. Really miss having exhaust fans in the hotel bathrooms. So quiet without them while in the bathroom, I could hear children taking their bath in the evening, in room next to us, at the HIE during our Munising, MI stay. The fan helps to both drown out undesirable noises, not to mention odors.
