Summary: The location is amazing. So convenient. The hotel beds were comfortable. Room spacious. The staff helpful. Breakfast was ok. A little repetitious if you stay multiple days. The aircon unit in the room was very very noisy, there is a green light on constantly near the aircon unit and the smoke alarm flashes little red light intermittently. So if you want a good night sleep go to another hotel!!! We also had an incident where the smoke alarm in the building went off at 2:00am which interrupted our sleep. But what made worse was that the electricity was out soon after that, we could not charge our devices and there was no aircon in the room. What made it worse was that the electricity came back on after 4:00am which switched on lights in the room and woke us up again.

Summary: Super comfortable, spacious, quiet, well appointed room. I highly recommend considering this hidden gem just off the ‘cappuccino strip’ in Freo. I was surprised how good the value was.

Summary: Great location! Very near the Central Business District (Hay & Murray Street Malls), Busport & Perth Station, Elizabeth Quay, & Chinatown. The free Red Cat Bus stops almost in front of the hotel. The Buffet Breakfast spread is amazing. The Staff are all very friendly, with special mention to Mr. James Cabrera in the Reception Counter for exerting efforts to help us in our airport transpo concerns. Highly recommended hotel in Perth!

Summary: This was our 1st trip to Perth and I would highly recommend this hotel, excellent bar/ restaurant and very polite staff. The location is ideal for the shops/station etc. Breakfast selection was amazing would definitely book again

Summary: The hotel was great, but the customer service was above and beyond what we expected, everyone at the front desk either in the morning or at night were so willing to help us in every way. They made our stay wonderful.

Summary: Overall an amazing stay!! Highly recommended for families- they really go out their way to make kids feel happy and excited about their stay. Food is incredibly. Only downside was the size of the room but otherwise very comfy. They even arranged a baby bath.
