Positive: Loved the all inclusive service 👏 staff very friendly and helpful 👍 The pool area was help your self with food and cakes buns salads ect then drink on other side from bar staff all included with the all inclusive Rooms amazing had apt with sea view and jazzui unreal !!
Negative: Can't fault anything location to beach close by but not many shops around beach nothing a taxi to near by areas wouldn't sort

Positive: The location is very beautiful, as is the concept of the hotel.
Negative: The cleanliness leaves much to be desired. One evening I filmed how 3 rats were walking on the terrace of the restaurant while families with children were serving the meal. I called the staff to see and he didn't seem surprised. I went with the video to the reception and the only thing they asked about was the room number. It seems they knew all these things.

Positive: The hotel was lovely and the breakfast had lots of choices. Our room was very nice with lots of space.
Negative: The bands for opening the door were useless and very annoying. The beds were comfy but the sheets were too small, which must be very hard for the staff. You would need to be mobile on your feet to get around even to the dinning room as it was a very long walk.

Positive: It’s clean and reasonably comfortable with an included parking on site.
Negative: None of the resort facilities were included in the price. Indoor spa - paid and expensive, children playroom - paid, “water park” - paid. Additionally, gym opens only at 10, children outdoor playground - old and broken, and staff attitude was always “we don’t care, talk to management”. All in all, for the same amount of money you can get nicer hotel or apartment in a way better location.
