Make yourself at home in this beautiful and very comfortable house which is located in one of the best places to live in South Carolina. It is situated within 10 minutes of Historic Downtown Greer which is home to the only North American manufacturing site of BMW. It’s also the perfect home for your southeastern escape! It makes no difference if you are a local, or a world traveler, you will feel right at home here sipping a cup of your favorite beverage on the front porch or relaxing on outdoor furniture in the beautiful garden in the backyard. If you’re looking for the privacy of indoors while being entertained, we have 4 TV’s and a lot of family games! If you like to explore, you’ll be amazed at the many activities and events that happen here! There are many festivals being held in this area all year around! We are close to the Blue Ridge Mountains, waterfalls, rivers, and lakes! You’ll have plenty of time and opportunity to explore them with the gorgeous weather that is just awesome here most of time, most of the year.
The house with a fenced yard and a long driveway for 4 cars is centrally located between Greenville and Spartanburg in a safe neighborhood, within minutes to I-85, I-26, stores, restaurants; updated and completed with1 king and 2 queen beds in a total of 3 bedrooms and has 2 full bathrooms. There are 4 TVs in the house and comfortable sofa-bed in the living room. It takes a few min to GSP Airport, BMW, Prisma Health Greer Memorial Hospital, Greenville Hospital, Pelham Medical Center.
Home Away From Home is available for monthly rental. This house is fully furnished. All utilities, lawn care, internet, trash pick-up are included.
Signing a rental agreement is required. Cleaning fee is per month.

Summary: We had a great time in the Greenville, Greer, Spartanburg area from our base in Lyman in a quiet neighborhood. The seating was comfortable; large screen TVs in the living room and primary bedroom; and comfortable beds. The owner was very responsive to emails about the property both before and during our visit and went out of her way to get an answer to a question we asked. Check in was simple as was check out. I wouldn't hesitate to book this property again.

Summary: The house was very nice and the beds were extremely comfortable. We had plenty of room to hang out and watch Saturday football. The dogs enjoyed the back yard.

Summary: Very nice home that was extremely clean an well equipped with everything you need, including great air conditioning and huge TVs. Good neighborhood but a bit of a drive to Spartanburg or Greer. Definitely recommend!
