Summary: This property location is perfect. The yard needs landscaping and pine trees removed. All the beds need new mattresses. No one slept well. Bedroom door broken n know was loose. Simple maintenance and updates could make the property shine!

Summary: This was a beautiful, cozy little house. We felt at home here. We drove all the way from Texas to spend Thanksgiving with my son who is in the Navy and stationed in Kings Bay. He couldn’t come home so we came to him and it was perfect ❤️❤️
