Older single family home recently renovated 3 bedrooms 1 bathroom house located in the quiet Kanawha City neighborhood. This space includes your essential amenities. Convenient access to CAMC hospital, downtown Charleston, University of Charleston, and Yeager Airport.
Master bedroom offers full size bed with basic linens and a small tv with fire stick.
Bathroom offers basic toiletries. If you are staying more than a few days you may need to purchase additional supplies. I provide the initial supply of soap, shampoo, body wash, toilet paper, etc.
Living room offers sofa, recliner chair, and 55 inch smart tv.
Kitchen offers utensils, glassware, pots/pans etc.
Security cameras on outside of property.
Free parking right in front of the house.
Lock box will grant you access with keys to the home.
Guest Access:
Master bedroom and bathroom, living room, kitchen, dining room, unfinished basement with washer and dryer.
Other things to note:
Guests will not have access to the other two bedrooms (one which is located on the main floor beside master bedroom and the other which is located upstairs) due to using for storage.
No covering or tampering with cameras. Please do not remove any cleaning or laundry products - you may use them while staying only.
Any guests beyond the number listed on the itinerary will be charged a penalty of $50 per person per night.
No smoking inside of home, no partying, no illegal activities, no late check out.
When checking in:
- Upon arrival to home, message me and I will let you know lockbox code.
When checking out:
- Please leave the thermostat on HEAT 68 degrees in winter and COOL 78 degrees in summer.
- Please do not leave any food/drinks in refrigerator or freezer.
- Please remove all trash and place in trash bins around the backyard on the other side of the fence facing alleyway.
- Please remove all dirty linens and place in bath tub.
- Please place key back in lockbox and shuffle code to "0000".
