The property is a compact, picturesque 4 1/2 acres with unique features and benefits found mostly at resorts; uncommon at a private residence. It features:
The 3000 sqft. home has two master bedrooms suites; one with a queen size beds and the other with a king bed. Both have in room bath, shower, toilets and one with a large vanity. There are two additional spacious bedrooms with queen beds in each. The house has a formal dining, kitchen, kitchenette and a large family room. Openness between the dining room, kitchen, kitchenette and the family room provides for ease of conversation between occupants in all four rooms. The long dining room table can easily be cleared of dining ware and converted from dining table to conference table should the need arise to conduct business.
The home has a front porch for open air relaxing and viewing of the community or you might choose the glass enclosed solarium on the rear of the home. It is laced with inground sago palms and other shrubby and looks out onto the courtyard.
Greenery is provided in the spacious courtyard by a variety of shrubs, sago and regular palm trees as well as the south's famous crepe myrtle trees. A water fall and water fountain add to its serenity and beauty. You can relax or perform water aerobics in the 3 to 9 feet deep swimming pool or you can get ready for Wimbledom by working on your fore and backhands on the lighted tennis court. It also has a basketball hoop for hoopsters.
The 1800 SQ FT CLUBHOUSE is the CENTERPIECE of the courtyard. its versatility is limited only by ones imigination. The 55X22 feet great room/media room/meeting room/pool room/large dining room has a vaulted ceiling, a stone fireplace, big screen TV, DVD/CD player with surround sound and more. Three of the walls have floor to ceiling glass windows providing visibility from within the clubhouse to the swimming pool, the tennis court, and to two holes of the par three 4 hole golf course on the property. Tables and chairs are available to seat comfortablely 75 plus in this area.
The remaining 1354 SQFT of the clubhouse is filled by a full kitchen with all appliances, dishes etc, and a pantry with a multitude of serving dishes and utensials. Additional, the space features a high temperature sauna with capacity for 6 and a 12X12 bedroom with a queen sofabed. There are three restrooms (one with a shower), and a fourth restroom with entry from the outside.
Lastly, the 4.5 acre property boast a PAR THREE FOUR HOLE GOLF COURSE (chipping greens) laced with a huge water hazard and sand traps to challenge and sharpen your game. Trees on the course and a creek running along side present additional obstacles.
The property offers the renter complete PRIVACY with off the street/on site parking. Furthur, the courtyard is shielded by 8 ft. high cedar fencing on one side and comparable height shrubs and cyclone fencing on the other. The golf course is also fenced.

Summary: Nice cozy getaway, near Baton Rouge but very peaceful! Owner is very friendly and helpful! The property is nice with lots to do, great place for a mini reunion!

Summary: My family of 16 adults rented out this establishment. The club house is where the family hung out the most. We enjoyed the tennis court, basketball court, and pool table the most. The home itself is very outdated which would not have been so bad if there wasn’t a smell throughout the home. There were things we didn’t enjoy, which I will list. The owner was very defensive about his home in regards to our complaints to where he came to the home at 1:00 in the morning with police!! Then came back the next day and stayed on the site for several HOURS turning the hot water on in the club house which we had also complained about after 2 of the kids washed in cold water. Then he started fixing things and cleaning which made us even more uncomfortable and literally ruined our stay all the more! In the end, we made the most of our stay and enjoy the best fried chicken in town (provided by the owner!! ) Thanks Mr. Williams! 1. Took 45 minutes for owner to go through rules and show the facility. 2. House looked VERY lived in. Not clean!! ( I had to clean up when I first got there so that my mother wouldn’t be too uncomfortable. (Even after cleaning, we found old roaches in rooms and under beds) 3. The main house only has 3 bedrooms available for guests. (Other bedroom locked for owners use) 4. The room in the pool house has a sofa bed. So honestly, the house sleeps 8 adults comfortably. Sleeping mattresses are provided for anyone else to sleep together in the pool house area. (5 adults ended up renting a hotel and let the kids have the sleep mattresses) 5. NO locks worked in the main house at all! Not even the bathrooms. 6. The master bedroom doors, both the bedroom and bathroom, are hard to open and close. (My 70yr old mother got stuck in it) this bathroom is also available through the kitchen so not much privacy with a door that won’t shut all the way or lock.) 7. The vent in one bedroom did not open so it was hot and the bed was very uncomfortable. (Not good for people with bad backs!!!) 8. The pool was not clean nor did it seem to be treated.(Our family could not enjoy the pool as planned) 9. The sauna had several bags with items in them, which the owner cleared after we complained but we did not use it because it had not been cleaned. 10. If you want to use the tennis court when the sun goes down you must call the owner and have him turn on the lights.

Summary: We traveled from California to be with our family for the LSU game. We needed a house to accommodate all 18 of us. This place is absolutely perfect. The pool house was the perfect hang out spot for us to get together. There was so much for the adults and kids to do! We played tennis, corn hole, pool and putted on the course. There is plenty of room!!!!! Jim, the owner could not have been more accommodating. It was such a pleasure to stay here and would do it again in a heartbeat!!! Highly recommend it!
