Summary: The rooms smelled like marijuana. The management was able to move us to another room. The pull out mattresses are out dated. They need to watch what they put in the showers. Lotion should go on the counters. Only had shampoo and showe gel in the shower. Had to ask for conditioner.

Summary: You dont check in to the hotel you have to go next door to other Hilton to check in. The pool was chained and had to walk through other hotel to get in and out. Room was only cleaned 1 time in 5 days and the floors were never vacuumed before or during our stay. We had sunflower seed shells on the floor and the hallway floors had food and other things on them from the momwnt we got there till the time we left. Bed had stains on comforter and went to plug in items next to bedside table and went to slide table over and the top came off. Breakfast was decent but the main proteins were kept in a small case that you could barely get in to and then would have long wait if busy because it was one at a time. If they would separate it out more would be better and easier to get to. Water in lobby was not refilled during the day after the first day we were there. Staff that checked us in acted annoyed and irritated that they had to help us upon arrival since we were at "the other hotel". Very disappointed in the hotel cleanliness and lack or care for our stay in this hotel.

Summary: We stay at this hotel chain in other states and never have had issues . Our room was not as clean as expected food in kitchen sink from previous use it smelled and caused the sink to overflow the dishwasher which was not being used causing flood. Issue fixed yet towels used to prevent further flooding were not removed as asked to staff bathroom sink faucet loose , toilet seat loose . General looked like someone didn’t throughly clean half the room

Summary: We’ve been staying at this hotel for 7-10 days every spring since it opened. It was awesome in the first year. It is now about 3x as expensive with reduced perks. Still a Good hotel.
