Positive: Good accessible location, clean, well appointed and spacious apartment, quiet surroundings, nearby supermarket, and a responsive host who went out of her way to ensure we could access the apartment and to replace a broken applicance (Thanks Silvia!)
Negative: Very little that we didn't like, we would be happy to stay here again in future. Bedrooms and bathrooms, however could benefit from a few more wall hooks for towels and the like. This is however a very minor concern in the overall scheme of things.
Summary: Great apartment and host that we would happily recommend to others.

Positive: Spacious, fully refurbished and modern flat just few steps away from the metro station. Modern kitchen with all what can be needed for the stay. Kind and quick customer assistance. Quiet furing the night and in a quite safe area of MIlan. Overall, one of the best flats, with excellent cost*value ratios, i found in the city.
Negative: Only one dishwasher capsule was provided for a 4 days stay. I did not want to bother the host requesting some additional ones, which i am sure would have been quickly provided.
Summary: Excellent choice in Milan !

Positive: Place was spacious, extremely clean. Beds are comfy. Way better than my expectation. The host is responsive.
Negative: you have to through 2 gates, and it can be quite a distance if you have a bit of luggagae, otherwise you will be fine. They use technology/apps to open the 2 gate which are really quick and responsive. However the main door into the apartment can be a little confusing/hard to open at first but once figured out itshould be okay.
Summary: Fabulous, spacious and comfy, much better than expected

Positive: It is so nice, like on pictures, everything is new, clean and confortable. Two toilets for group of five is something that really helped us a lot. Heating was really good.
Negative: For example, dish washer was not working. And even after contacting support (wa group) it didn’t changed until last day. Small things, like having only one pair of keys for five poeple. Or toilet brush in master room is broken. Just small details missing for highest grade.

Positive: It’s a nice, freshly renovated apartment that comfortably fits 2 couples. Location is good - there’s a subway station nearby (5-10min walk) and a supermarket right around the corner (1 min walk).
Negative: The apartment was nice, however, a couple of remarks for the people / company that manage it: - the instructions on how to get in the building need to be updated. We spent a good 15min trying to figure out how to get in and which is our apartment. It felt like an escape room simulation. - parking is not free so if you’re traveling with a car keep that in mind. Rate is by the hour. - they expect you to recycle and a follow all the local guidelines, clean-up, but the apartment itself was not in the cleanest state when we arrived. There were hair trims in the bathroom sinks, the vacuum cleaner was clogged and rendered useless if you want to clean anything up. The dishwasher was not properly installed (thankfully one of the guys in our group is very technical and was able to resolve the issue).
